Italy Destination Consulting srl is a spin-off of Paltours, born in response to the growing need for integrated tourist services in our territory.
Some very prestigious artistic-cultural and food and wine initiatives have given a significant boost to the demand for tailor-made quality services by global customers, who are increasingly interested in getting to know our territory.
Over 40 years of Paltours experience, combined with the enthusiasm of the start-up, make Italy Destination Consulting srl one of the most experienced operators in Franciacorta and Lombardy.
Our experience goes well beyond the borders of Franciacorta and embraces the entire Italy. The consolidated network of relationships with the entire chain of Italian hospitality and the direct knowledge of our country are the foundation of the expertise of Italy Destination Consulting srl.
The marriage with Paltours, Travel and Tourism Agency since 1976, guarantees Italy Destination continuity in providing all types of tourist services, including the direct and immediate issue of national and international air tickets, thanks to the membership of IATA – International Air Transport Association.

The tourist services are integrated in the offers thanks to the Technical Management of Paltours. Paltours Viaggi e Turismo has been operating since 1976, based in Palazzolo sull’Oglio. It provides 360° tourist services with destinations all over the world in the fields of business trips, travels and holidays, MICE, group travel.
Rosè Besenzoni
Paltours Member and Sole Administrator. Senior Executive and Long-Term Traveler.
Born in 1967. At the age of 8 he ventured alone by train from Rimini to Pesaro without his mother’s knowing. At the age of 14 he began to discover Europe by train. He travelled alone, but this time his mother knew about it. He graduated as a tourism expert in 1986 and in the same year started his adventure in Paltours. He became a partner in 2001 and in 2013 acquired the ownership of the company as he is technical director. In 2011 he obtained the license of tourist guide from the Lombardy Region. More than 30 years of experience around the world and continuous professional training allow him to carry out his work in the agency and anywhere in the world with competence and professionalism. Claudia Tacchino
Partner and Senior Advisor in Wine Tourism, Event Management and Marketing..
After graduating in Philosophy in 1998, I attended a Master in Management of Arts and Heritage at Bocconi University – School of Management in Milan, where I worked then as a lecturer and researcher in Arts Management (1999-2015) and where I coordinated and directed (2004-2014) a Master in Management in Performing Arts Management & Live Entertainment. I specialized as a senior visiting scholar in Performing & Visual Arts Administration at New York University (NYU) in 2014. In 2015 I moved to Franciacorta & Lake Iseo area, where I consulted many arts and tourism organizations. Among those, I helped Guido Berlucchi winery develop new hospitality strategies as a senior consultant between 2016 and 2020. In 2019 I also established a new Master program in Management of Arts, Tourism and Local Development at SantaGiulia Academy of Fine Arts.

Born in 1996, in 2015 she obtained the diploma of Tourist Expert. She graduated in Tourism Sciences and Local Communities at the University of Milan-Bicocca, and she has been keen on travel since she was a child. She deals with the relations between Paltours and Italy Destination and social media. Wine taster and lover of good food, she knows English, German and Spanish. Ready to take flight in tourism
